Usage:
The line is used for stranding power cables with large cross-section and great length, as well as split conductors.
Main features:
The drum twisting line has the features of high production, convenient operation and low noise.
The payoff are driven by separate motors which can work individually or together with thetake-up motor, or under the control of the phase-detectors. The payoff tension is pneumati-cally controlled and adjustable.
The steel-wire armoring device may be added at the user's request for steel-armoring orCu-screening the cables.
The taping units, caterpillar capstan and take-up are linked by shafts to keep the stablestranding pitch.
The machine uses PLC and touch screen to control the separate motors synchronically.Main technical data can be set, changed and displayed on the screen., advanced in technol-ogy and easy in operation. |
